Andrew is a Partner within the Retail Lease Advisory Team. Andrew advises clients’ on everything from high street shops, restaurant, food stores and retail warehousing to more niche areas such as art galleries. Andrew’s main area of expertise is providing Rent Review, Lease Renewal and Re-gear advice to Landlords and Tenants of retail premises with a particular focus on London and the South East. His other area of specialism is providing advice on convenience stores across acting extensively for Sainsbury’s for whom he is a retained advisor as well as for a range of landlords. Andrew has frequently represented clients on Third Party referrals to Arbitrator / Independent Expert as well as preparing Expert

Alison Cosa,  Director of Property Management currently oversees the UK/EU operations for Realty Income – a global Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).  An S&P 500 company with the mission to invest in people and places to deliver dependable monthly dividends that increase over time. Realty Income have recently become the No.1 direct owner of retail parks and retail warehousing in the UK and are continuing their expansion into the EU.  Alison has over 15 year’s experience managing a range of assets for companies such as Shaftesbury Capital,  JLL and Avison Young (formerly GVA). 

Retailer: Claire Jennings, AS Watson

 

Clare is Head of Estates for AS Watson. Within the UK and ROI the group operates under the retail brands of Superdrug, Savers Health and Beauty and The Perfume Shop. Together with Three mobile (part of parent company CK Hutchinson), the estate managed by the team of in-house surveyors totals circa 1800 properties including head offices and distribution centres.

Clare’s background is predominantly in the field of Landlord and Tenant / lease advisory, having started her career at specialist retail surveying firm Churston Heard before moving to the retail team at Knight Frank. Since then, Clare has worked for a number of retailers including Ladbrokes, White Stuff, Arcadia and AS Watson, where she has worked for the last 5 years.

Alistair is a real estate Partner at Womble Bond Dickinson and specialises in advising retailers and corporate occupiers on the management of their operational portfolios. He has considerable experience of advising many national household retail chains on their acquisition and disposal programmes and of leading teams in dealing with the management of their portfolios.
